Abstract

We describe the case of a 27-year-old female presenting with acute headache, fever, encephalopathy,
and transverse myelitis. Cooperation between neurologists and radiologists, and proper interpretation of
characteristic neuroradiological findings, such as the cascade and bagel signs, facilitated prompt diagnosis
of neuro-Behçet syndrome and appropriate medical treatment.
